Beginnings . . .
In 1983, Richard and Gail Molari began the company that is now known as MOLARI, Inc. In the early days they supplied secretaries and other office staff to area businesses.
Richard and Gail, along with two additional staff people, serviced the temporary staffing needs of several local businesses.
HealthCare Staffing . . .
In 1984 at the request of a local agency serving elders, the Richard and Gail embarked on a new venture to provide quality home care services to Berkshire County. A staff of homemakers, personal care attendants and private duty nurses provided assistance to elderly and temporarily disabled residents.
Additional services to area health care facilities providing CNAs, LPNs and RNs for fill-ins were added as well.
Another Change . . .
The MOLARI family has been providing employment help and healthcare services to Berkshire County since 1986. Over the past several years, the company has grown to 10 in-house employees servicing over 150 businesses each year; more than 300 employees provide light industrial, office, financial, professional and healthcare services.
More Services . . .
As the needs of businesses grow, so do the services provided by MOLARI. Having identified needs for expanded services, the company has gradually introduced permanent placement and other recruitment services, such as skills testing of potential candidates for businesses.
The Future . . .
Gail Molari, President and Tamara Emery Sime, Chief Financial Officer, anticipate the company will continue to move forward developing necessary programs for area businesses, employees and continuing to serve the staffing and employment needs of its clients.
