The Personnel Transfer Program provides any employer with the flexibility of selecting employees and then contracting with MOLARI for payroll services. The employee is actually on our payroll and we assume the usual statutory obligations of an employer, but the hiring company is responsible for the direction and supervision of the employees.

This option provides employers with the flexibility of adding "hand chosen" staff for peak periods or special projects without the cost of adding them to their payroll, especially useful for start-up companies. It also allows an employer to re-hire former employees for short-term assignments without incurring the expense of employee benefits such as insurance and vacation pay.
