Temp to Perm
MOLARI attracts a large number of professionals and entry-level employees who use our services as a part of a larger job search. These candidates may be seeking a change in work environment, a career change or - in some cases - a first permanent job. These skilled, qualified candidates choose to work with MOLARI - may be "temping" - for the opportunity to try various positions for the perfect fit. This "try before you buy" opportunity has obvious advantages to the employer as well.
Permanent

Personnel Transfer Program
The Personnel Transfer Program (PTP) provides any employer with the flexibility of selecting employees on their own and then contracting with MOLARI to hire them. The employee is actually on MOLARI’s payroll and is a MOLARI employee. We assume all statutory obligations of an employer, but the hiring company is responsible for the direction and supervision of the employees.
This option provides employers with the flexibility of adding “hand chosen” staff without the cost of adding them to their payroll. It also allows an employer to re-hire former employees for short-term assignments without incurring the expense of employee benefits such as insurance and vacation pay.
Supplemental Healthcare Staffing
MOLARI has a staff of qualified RNs, LPNs, and CNAs are available to fill the supplemental needs of hospitals, long term care facilities, schools, camps and assisted living facilities.
