What you can expect from MOLARI:
- Confidentiality.
The only person who
can see your application is you and the MOLARI Employment
Services staff. We will not release your name to
anyone, including a client, without prior consent
from you. Sometimes we will show your resume to a
company to help you get a job, but your name, address,
and any other information that would reveal you
personally is not disclosed without your consent.
- Freedom of choice.
You are free to
turn down any jobs we offer you. Our staff will not
impose personal biases or values on your decisions. We
will allow a reasonable amount of time for you to think
over whether or not you want to accept a position.
- Access to resources.
You are welcome to
help improve your chances of getting a job by using the
resources in our office. We have training software
to help sharpen your skills in programs including
Microsoft Word, Excel, and others. You are also
welcome to use our computers to type and print resumes
and cover letters. There is no fee for this.
We do ask that you make an appointment to use the
resources though.
