PITTSFIELD – Gail Molari, President and Chief Executive Officer of MOLARI, Inc., announced today that Nicholas Kirchner has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer.

Kirchner, a Berkshire native, served most recently as Chief Financial Officer for Elder Services of Berkshire County, Inc. for more than 30 years. He received an Associate’s degree from Berkshire Community College and a B.S. in Accounting and Finance/Economics from North Adams State College.
In his role, Kircher will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the business, manage financial aspects including budgeting, sales forecasting and analysis, supervise the company’s in house staff and assist in development and implementation of growth plans for MOLARI, Inc.’s employment services and healthcare services businesses.
MOLARI, Inc., founded in 1983, provides temporary and permanent employment services to businesses throughout the Berkshires, in-home health care for seniors and disabled people and facilities staffing.
