I’ve spent much of my career working for, and with, agencies that allow older adults to live well and independently in the community. That experience gives me a unique take on how the services MOLARI provides make a difference, whether it’s a senior receiving services so they can stay in their home or a business who has all the makings to grow but needs quality employees.

Like many of the applicants I work with on a daily basis, I came to MOLARI looking for the same answers. I was fortunate enough to be given an opportunity to work as a temp in the office. My temporary assignment turned into a permanent position, with more opportunity for growth. I feel like my story with MOLARI is the perfect example of how EVERYONE who comes through its doors is valued. Director
MOLARI has always been a big part of my life. I grew up at the office, it became my home away from home. The MOLARI team is my extended family with many of those same employees still supporting us and our clients to this day. These long lasting relationships can be attributed to the care and thoughtful approach my parents gave to each and every person who walked through our doors. Today, I am proud to be a resource as the company continues to evolve to meet the needs of Berkshire County businesses now and into the future.
As a Director, Rick brings a unique perspective to MOLARI with nearly 20 years of professional experience in the investment management industry.
