I’ve spent much of my career working for, and with, agencies that allow older adults to live well and independently in the community. That experience gives me a unique take on how the services MOLARI provides make a difference, whether it’s a senior receiving services so they can stay in their home or a business who has all the makings to grow but needs quality employees.
Nick is responsible for the day-to-day operations of MOLARI. He manages the financial aspects of the business and, with in-house staff, implements plans for the company’s continued growth. Nick received a BS from North Adams State College in Accounting and Finance/Economics and worked as CFO for Elder Services of Berkshire County for many years.

I recently returned “home” to MOLARI and the Berkshires after time spent recruiting in larger markets and corporate environments. I’ve always loved the personal touch that working at MOLARI affords me. It starts from the top, Gail truly cares about this community and putting people first, so she encourages us to work with our clients and candidates alike in that same spirit.
Guin provides an important link between MOLARI’s Employment Services team and the Berkshire businesses whose staffing needs are served. She maintains relationships with long-time clients and continues to build relationships with businesses throughout the Berkshires. Guin digs deep to thoroughly understand the client’s staffing needs. She shares all that she learns with the team to ensure MOLARI employees sent to clients will fit each client’s needs and culture. As a member of the Management team, Guin brings her vast experience in the staffing industry with an eye toward the continued growth of MOLARI’s Employment Services Division.
Director of HealthCare Services
As I began to work at MOLARI, I appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere and the opportunity to grow as a leader. As a mentor, Gail has encouraged me to be a part of the company’s growth and allowed me to build my skills to be effective in my role.
Lee oversees the in-house staff and field staff in MOLARI’s HealthCare Division. She orients all new field staff, clearly communicating the expectations, policies and procedures as they begin to service clients living in their homes and stays involved with other senior-friendly, like-minded organizations throughout the state. Lee brings her depth of experience as a Community Health Nurse and long-time Director of HealthCare Services to the MOLARI Management team as the company continues to serve Berkshire seniors and health care facilities.
I’ve had a chance to learn about how MOLARI works through the different jobs that I’ve had with the company. Starting at the front desk, to support for HealthCare and now working in payroll, I’ve learned all the parts that make MOLARI work. When an employee has questions about their paycheck, vacation or sick time, I am able to investigate and quickly solve their problem. I understand how important it can be for our field staff to be confident that any issue they have is addressed quickly.
Celeste began working as an Administrative Assistant at the front desk and was the first contact for many applicants. She now works in conjunction with the CFO to manage payroll, employee benefits and accounts receivable. Celeste worked in customer service positions in hospitality and retail before becoming an integral member of the MOLARI team.
I’ve had the opportunity to gain experience in hiring people for multiple roles in my career. I am familiar with what many companies are looking for in order to be successful and am able to put those skills to use as I screen applicants for the various jobs our clients are looking to fill. Jenipher is often the first person that applicants speak with at MOLARI. She makes the initial contact while screening applicants and schedules interviews for the Employment Services and HealthCare teams. Jenipher ensures the office is operating smoothly by utilizing her knowledge and experience as an HR Manager at Premium Waters/Ice River Springs.
Senior Staffing Manager

Like many of the applicants I work with on a daily basis, I came to MOLARI looking for the same answers. I was fortunate enough to be given an opportunity to work as a temp in the office. I was encouraged to ask questions, given freedom to develop my own ideas and had the opportunity to learn new skills. My temporary assignment turned into a permanent position, with more opportunity for growth. I feel like my story with MOLARI is the perfect example of how EVERYONE who comes through its doors is valued. I truly understand the importance of helping people find their way and figuring out what they’re good at. Being given opportunities to grow throughout my time here has made me passionate about doing the same for members in our community. MOLARI took a chance on me and I love being able to pay it forward.
Nicole helps connect the unique and talented candidates coming to MOLARI with businesses in Berkshire County. She has learned how to get to the heart of what a company needs in an employee and helps applicants find strengths they didn’t even know that they had.
Since being with MOLARI, I have been encouraged and given opportunities to grow in many ways, starting in Reception and moving into the role of Recruiter, I’ve always been given opportunities to develop new skills and join groups focused on building leadership skills, both personally and within the community. Working for a company that has such strong values and ties to its community helps me be involved and engaged with what people want and need in our area. This level of involvement really helps me connect with our applicant community and our clients. It allows me to help build a bridge between our employers and candidates.
Liz recruits and screens applicants; once hired, she orients new employees. Liz works closely with Employment Services team members to place the right MOLARI employees with clients throughout the Berkshires.
As the first person most applicants speak with at MOLARI and my experience working as a recruiter, I know how to engage in a conversation to quickly learn what may make for a successful candidate to meet our client’s needs. In my role, I work to ensure our employees are working toward their work goals and that here is a successful pipeline of qualified candidates for our clients.
Lindsay screens and schedules the many applicants who reach out to MOLARI by registering through an online portal or who make direct contact. As a member of the Employment Services team, she works create and implement innovative recruitment and retention strategies as the company continues to provide high quality candidates to businesses throughout the Berkshires. Lindsay served as the Director of Admissions at Southern Vermont College before joining MOLARI.
Staff Registered Nurse
I take great satisfaction in using the knowledge and experience from my years working as a Registered Nurse. I can offer useful suggestions to clients, families and to the staff that provides greater understanding and resolution of issues they may have ensuring our clients are receiving excellent care in their homes from our field staff.
Janet makes supervisory visits to senior clients who receive services through MOLARI’s HealthCare Division to ensure field staff are following proper procedures in the care of clients who are relying on our care to remain at home. She has worked as a Registered Nurse in the Berkshires for many years.
It’s gratifying to work with MOLARI field staff to be sure we’re doing what we can and need to do to keep seniors safely living in their homes. Acting as a link between our clients and staff it’s up to us to clearly communicate what our clients need as we match staff to best serve their needs. When it comes down to it, customer service is at the core of what we do every day – we want our clients to be happy with the services we provide and our employees knowing that what they do is important for seniors.
Truly works with clients to build a deep understanding of their needs, with that understanding he is able to match the Home HealthAides, Personal Care Assistants and Homemakers best suited to support seniors in their homes. Throughout his career, customer service and problem solving have been at the forefront, his no nonsense approach assures that each client’s needs are clearly communicated.
I have worked as a CAN and nursing scheduler, and am a Certified Medical Assistant. I have always been a caring, patient, compassionate hands-on aide that goes above and beyond for my clients. As a scheduler, my understanding of what happens in the field with issues, concerns and questions allows me the ability to follow up quickly. I love being a part of MOLARI, we are one big family, and everyone does their part to make things run smoothly to ensure the wellness of our clients and staff.
Michelle works closely with MOLARI field staff as she matches MOLARI HealthCare staff with private home care clients, nursing homes and schools. She works to ensure clients are receiving the best services and troubleshoots issues whenever needed. Michelle worked for almost 20 years, as a Certified Nursing Assistant and a Nursing Scheduler at Hillcrest Commons and supports MOLARI field staff and clients as a fill-in Home Health Aide.
I’ve spent my career assisting people with developmental disabilities and mental health diagnoses as a case manager/coordinator and worked with clients in long-term residential settings. With MOLARI, I have the opportunity to help seniors remain safely in their homes by matching them with field staff that are best suited to meet their needs.
Chelsea works with clients and field staff located in North and South Berkshire County. She gains a thorough understanding of each client’s needs and matches field staff with the appropriate experience to provide the clients with the best care. With Chelsea’s experience working with people who have mental health diagnoses and developmental disabilities she has developed the interpersonal and management skills needed to meet the needs of MOLARI’s HealthCare clients.
Chief Executive Officer/President
The heart of MOLARI are our clients and employees, in the office and in the field. When my husband and I founded the company in 1983, we knew we had an important role to play in contributing to the economic climate of the Berkshires. I’m happy to have assembled a team committed to meeting the needs of Berkshire businesses and helping area seniors remain in their homes, all the while supporting the field employees who represent our values of “Putting People First.”
Gail leads the trusted team of talented in-house staff who recruit employees to meet the needs of a wide range of Berkshire businesses and clients. She represents the company throughout the community as an active member of the Pittsfield Rotary Club, Zonta Club and Junior League, and the Pittsfield Municipal Airport Commission and Trustees of the Berkshire Athenaeum. Gail attended SUNY Geneseo and received a BS in Library Science.
Director & Consultant

As my parents grew MOLARI, I had no doubt that I would be a part of the company that has become a fixture in Pittsfield and throughout the Berkshires. After five years in Boston’s corporate world, I found it was time to return home, joining MOLARI as Chief Financial Officer. Together with Gail, my brother Rick and an amazing team, we are able to meet the staffing needs of many Berkshire businesses helping them to grow their businesses and help area seniors live safely in their home.
As a Director/Consultant, Susan supports MOLARI’s CFO and directs short-term projects that ensure the company’s continued ability to build partnerships with clients. She received a BBA in Accounting and minor in Economics from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and worked for Arthur Anderson prior to her return to MOLARI.
MOLARI has always been a big part of my life. I grew up at the office, it became my home away from home. The MOLARI team is my extended family with many of those same employees still supporting us and our clients to this day. These long lasting relationships can be attributed to the care and thoughtful approach my parents gave to each and every person who walked through our doors. Today, I am proud to be a resource as the company continues to evolve to meet the needs of Berkshire County businesses now and into the future.
As a Director, Rick brings a unique perspective to MOLARI with nearly 20 years of professional experience in the investment management industry. He received a dual BS degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Northeastern University and is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Donoghue Forlines LLC.
