Personnel Transfer Program

With the Personnel Transfer Program (PTP), employers select new employees on their own and then contract with MOLARI to hire them. The employees remain on the MOLARI payroll, and we are their employer of record. We assume all statutory obligations of an employer, and the hiring company is responsible for the direction and supervision of the employees.

PTP provides employers with the flexibility of adding staff without the cost of adding them to their payroll. It also allows an employer to rehire former employees for short-term assignments without incurring the expense of employee benefits such as insurance and vacation pay.
