Our Family Mission
Creating a true legacy of service in the community we love.
Gail and Richard Molari moved to Pittsfield when Richard got a job at General Electric. They fell in love with the community and knew it was the perfect place to raise their family. When their children, Rick and Susan, came along, Gail began volunteering in the school library and classroom, an ideal way to use her librarian skills, keep her family close, and give back to their beloved community.
The importance of community connects every part of the Molaris’ lives. In fact, Gail and Richard chose to start a new business, MOLARI Employment and HealthCare Services, to stay in Pittsfield. When Richard passed away in April 1996, Gail continued to operate the family business.
The Molaris believe in family first—their entire Pittsfield family, that is—and they live their mission of community service every day through volunteering and fundraising, as well as in their work with MOLARI Employment and HealthCare Services. The Molari family also believes in education. They live their values by sponsoring annual scholarships and continually seeking new ways to help the community they love.
This family credo guides their work in the Pittsfield community:
"Do not let what you cannot do interfere with what you can do." - John Wooden
