PITTSFIELD – Gail Molari, President and Chief Executive Officer of MOLARI, Inc., announced today that Lindsay Randall has joined the company’s Employment Services team.
“We’re glad to have Lindsay join MOLARI, Inc. She brings enthusiasm and a fresh perspective that compliments the company’s Employment Services team. I’m certain her experience will be helpful as we continue to service the needs of our current and future clients,” shared Molari.
In her role, Randall will be an integral member of the Employment Services team implementing employee recruiting and retention programs as the company continues to expand its footprint throughout Berkshire County. Working closely with the team, she will focus on recruiting, screening and scheduling applicants to fill office and manufacturing positions for area businesses and organizations.
Randall, a Berkshire native, spent the majority of her career in Admissions at Southern Vermont College, leaving the college holding the position of Director of Admission. She served most recently as a Physician Recruiter for Meditgo in North Adams. She received a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from Southern Vermont College
