Since 1983, MOLARI Employment and HealthCare Services has been a cornerstone of Berkshire County, dedicated to Putting People First. Founded with a mission to serve both job seekers and those in need of compassionate care, MOLARI has grown into a trusted, full-service staffing agency and licensed home care provider.

15 years ago I did an interview with Molari for an entry level IT position….it was the best thing I’ve ever done in my life career wise. Nicole helped me land the job and eventually become employed full time with that company. I was even able to become Molari’s go-to IT person for a number of years.
