Chief Executive Officer
I’ve spent much of my career working for, and with, agencies that allow older adults to live well and independently in the community. That experience gives me a unique take on how the services MOLARI provides make a difference, whether it’s a senior receiving services so they can stay in their home or a business who has all the makings to grow but needs quality employees.
As Chief Executive Officer, Nick oversees all aspects of MOLARI’s operations, providing strategic direction and leadership to ensure the company’s continued growth and success. He works closely with the management team to strengthen financial performance, support staff development, and ensure that MOLARI continues to deliver exceptional service to clients, employees, and the community.. Nick received a BS from North Adams State College in Accounting and Finance/Economics and worked as CFO for Elder Services of Berkshire County for many years.
Director of Employment Services
After several years recruiting in larger markets and corporate settings, I found my way back “home” to MOLARI and the Berkshires — the place where meaningful work still feels personal. What I value most about being here is the genuine care that flows through everything we do. It starts at the top, with Gail’s deep commitment to this community and to doing what’s right for both clients and candidates. That spirit guides how I work every day.
In my role, I focus on building and maintaining relationships with Berkshire employers, listening carefully to understand their goals and the people who help them achieve them. I work closely with our Employment Services team to ensure every placement feels like the right fit — for both sides. Being part of MOLARI’s management team gives me the opportunity to draw on decades of staffing experience while helping our Employment Services Division grow thoughtfully and with heart.
Director of HealthCare Services
As I began to work at MOLARI, I appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere and the opportunity to grow as a leader. As a mentor, Gail has encouraged me to be a part of the company’s growth and allowed me to build my skills to be effective in my role.
Lee oversees the in-house staff and field staff in MOLARI’s HealthCare Division. She orients all new field staff, clearly communicating the expectations, policies and procedures as they begin to service clients living in their homes and stays involved with other senior-friendly, like-minded organizations throughout the state. Lee brings her depth of experience as a Community Health Nurse and long-time Director of HealthCare Services to the MOLARI Management team as the company continues to serve Berkshire seniors and health care facilities.
Senior Staffing Manager
Like many of the applicants I work with on a daily basis, I came to MOLARI looking for the same answers. I was fortunate enough to be given an opportunity to work as a temp in the office. I was encouraged to ask questions, given freedom to develop my own ideas and had the opportunity to learn new skills. My temporary assignment turned into a permanent position, with more opportunity for growth. I feel like my story with MOLARI is the perfect example of how EVERYONE who comes through its doors is valued. I truly understand the importance of helping people find their way and figuring out what they’re good at. Being given opportunities to grow throughout my time here has made me passionate about doing the same for members in our community. MOLARI took a chance on me and I love being able to pay it forward.
Nicole helps connect the unique and talented candidates coming to MOLARI with businesses in Berkshire County. She has learned how to get to the heart of what a company needs in an employee and helps applicants find strengths they didn’t even know that they had.

Having spent my career in the payroll industry, I know how important it is to be sure that each MOLARI employee is paid correctly and any time there is a problem with someone’s paycheck, it’s handled as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our employees and clients are very important to us and I do my best to be sure they receive the best service that I can offer.
Nicole works in conjunction with the CFO to manage payroll, employee benefits, client billing and accounts receivable. She brings a wealth of experience in all aspects of payroll and customer service through her former position with Adirondack Payroll Services.

Founder
The heart of MOLARI are our clients and employees, in the office and in the field. When my husband and I founded the company in 1983, we knew we had an important role to play in contributing to the economic climate of the Berkshires. I’m proud to have assembled a team committed to meeting the needs of Berkshire businesses and helping area seniors remain in their homes, all while supporting the field employees who represent our values of “Putting People First.”

President
MOLARI has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up working in the business, first helping in the office as a high school and college student, and even spending time in the field as a temporary employee. Those early experiences gave me a deep appreciation for the work we do and the people we serve. After five years in Boston’s corporate world, I returned home to join the family business, first as Chief Financial Officer and now as President of MOLARI.
In this role, I work closely with Nick and the management team to provide strategic leadership and guidance across the company’s divisions. I help shape MOLARI’s growth, strengthen partnerships, and ensure the company continues to meet the staffing needs of Berkshire businesses and supporting our clients in maintaining independence and safety in their homes. I am deeply committed to upholding the company’s values of integrity, service, and “Putting People First,” which guide everything we do.
I earned a BBA in Accounting with a minor in Economics from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and began my career at Arthur Andersen before returning to MOLARI.
Vice President
MOLARI has always been a big part of my life. I grew up at the office, it became my home away from home. The MOLARI team is my extended family with many of those same employees still supporting us and our clients to this day. These long lasting relationships can be attributed to the care and thoughtful approach my parents gave to each and every person who walked through our doors. Today, I am proud to be a resource as the company continues to evolve to meet the needs of Berkshire County businesses now and into the future.
As a Vice President, Rick brings a unique perspective to MOLARI with over 20 years of investment management experience. He received a dual BS degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Northeastern University and is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Donoghue Forlines LLC.
