Ava Barenski

I grew up in Berkshire County and earned my B.S. in Psychology from Framingham State University. I’ve always enjoyed getting to know people, building relationships, and solving problems, so I was excited to find a role where I could bring those interests together and make a positive impact. From the moment I met the MOLARI team, I felt welcomed and at home, and the organization’s commitment to “Putting People First” immediately resonated with me.

As a Staffing Coordinator, I enjoy getting to know both the people and businesses we serve and helping make connections that are a good fit for everyone. I value being someone others can turn to for support, and I’m excited to continue learning and growing in my role. I’m grateful to be part of the MOLARI team and to contribute to an organization with such a strong history of caring for the Berkshire County community.
